We can usually give you an appointment in a couple of weeks, however if you would like an appointment sooner, then just let us know and we will do our best to arrange that.
You do not need a referral from a medical doctor to get an appointment. However for insurance company payments, you may need a referral from your medical doctor. Be sure to call your health care insurance company first to see if you will need to submit a medical referral along with your first receipt.
We accept cash or cheque. We greatly appreciate payment at the end of in-office therapy sessions and assessments. We do direct billing for a few insurance companies. If you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident, we deal directly with the insurance company, completing the required OCF forms.
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice of cancellation before the appointment. We understand that things happen and appointments need to be re-arranged. If you have to cancel within 24 hours for non-emergency or non-medical reasons then the missed session will be invoiced.
