You do not need a referral from a medical doctor to get an appointment. However for insurance company payments, you may need a referral from your medical doctor. Be sure to call your health care insurance company first to see if you will need to submit a medical referral along with your first receipt.
We accept e-transfer, cash or cheque. Payments for an in-office therapy session is expected before the session starts. Same is true for assessments. We do direct billing for a few insurance companies.
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice of cancellation before the appointment. We understand that things happen and appointments need to be re-arranged. If you have to cancel within 24 hours for non-emergency or non-medical reasons then the missed session will be invoiced.
