Our intake coordinator works full time but also works on our autism teams. She responds to voice messages and emails throughout the week. You can expect a response from her within two business days.
You do not need a referral from a medical doctor to get an appointment. However for insurance company payments, you may need a referral from your medical doctor. Be sure to call your health care insurance company first to see if you will need to submit a medical referral along with your first receipt.
We accept cash or cheque. We greatly appreciate payment at the end of in-office therapy sessions and assessments. We do direct billing for a few insurance companies.
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice of cancellation before the appointment. We understand that things happen and appointments need to be re-arranged. If you have to cancel within 24 hours for non-emergency or non-medical reasons then the missed session will be invoiced.
